Gepida is part of a large bicycle manufacture called Olympia Bikes, they are a Eastern European manufacturer based in Budapest Hungary and have been manufacturing over 500 bikes a day since 1994 but soon became a very large assemblery line for high quality bikes.

From Gepida as its a recognised brand for quality bikes in the German & Dutch market, they have now formed the 2nd generation of Yamaha powered electric bike which uses the state of the art crank drive system which is fitted with their new Lithium-ion battery all this is fitted to the bike that is formally known as the German Reptila 1000 series which is available as ladies or gents version with different frame sizes available.
The Gepida is packed full of equipment from Shimano with a 8 speed Nexus rear hub, Shimano dynamo front wheel hub which in turn powers the Busch & muller Lumotec front lights with the rear fitted to the rear pannier rack, Gepida RST front suspension forks and suspension seat post for a real comfortable ride, 28” Schwalbe Terra Cruiser tyres for road gripping performance, also fitted is a disguised pump and side stand.

Gepida introduces a new e-Bike range with a retro lifestyle appeal.

The new Nedao model combines the Yamaha-PAS` state-of-the-art Li-Ion battery power with a stylish, unusual design in the Beach Cruiser-look-alike bike.

With the new design platform model Sirmium Gepida offers a different type of Pedelec that appeals to a younger and more style conscious audience. The fast riding Pedelec with the looks and style of a MTB is available in two versions: the Sirmium comes with either a Nexus 8-speed gear hub for urban pilots or with a 24-speed Sram Dual Drive on the Pro model.

Both are featured with the reliable 250W Yamaha-PAS drivetrain unit.
